DVS Events, formerly known as Wedding Whisperer, will assist in planning a micro wedding for 25 guests all the way to a full scale wedding for 500. We have the tools and expertise to produce a beautiful day that represents you and your spouse.
Full Planning Package
You said “YES!” now let us take the wheel! Wedding planning is a lot to take on, but we will be with you every step of the way starting with sourcing your venue and vendors including caterer, florist, photographer, etc. We will help set a budget, attend your vendor appointments, and assist with contract negotiating. Additionally, we will help make all your ideas come to life selecting the linens, flowers, favors, invitation designs, menus, and more. We will become the best of friends thru the process so we can truly be in sync with what your perfect day looks like!
Month of Coordination and Partial Package Included.
Partial Planning Package
You have an idea of what your day looks like, you have a venue and a few other vendors, but still need help! We will help you create a Vision Board so you have an overall look of the day. Manage your budget and help source and contract any missing vendor gaps. We will assist with stationery designs for invitations, menu cards, signage, etc. all creating a cohesive look.

Month of Coordination Package
You have your vendors and most of the details all down, but want someone else to tie up any loose ends and run the show so you can sit back and relax! We will start chatting about 4-6 weeks prior, will do a venue walk-thru, create a detailed timeline, contact all your vendors on your behalf, and of course COORDINATE your wedding day so it truly can be the best day ever!
